House prices are increasing like all of Vancouver. A started will be in the range of $800,000 to $900,000. Possibly with a suite to help with the mortgage payments.
Within the areas enclave you will find a variety of strata condos. They are usually well maintained, alittle older than the Downtown towers, but much more affordable.
